Blu provides guests with an opportunity to have a relaxed yet sophisticated evening out, with contemporary flair and a diverse menu. Blu features Japanese-American style food, with menu items including lobster tempura, seven spiced ahi, tiger shrimp sushi, and signature specials including hard-to-find delicacies such as blue snapper, apples and cucumber wrapped in fluke and sautéed scallops, served bruschetta-style, all developed by Chef Andy Park.
